We are not receiving SMS / Text messages at all to our tracking numbers. We set up each of our Sales representatives to have a tracking number and when you create the tracking number ST asks if you want to allow "Incoming SMS" messages.
We have this toggled on but we are not receiving the texts on the sales rep's mobile phone. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
Hey Ryan, thank you for posting and providing all these details, can I ask you to try changing the forwarding number to a different number and see if texts come through that way? This will help us determine if the issue is coming from the forwarding number itself. Also kindly provide me with the best email to contact you so we can proceed the investigation process through email:)
