We feel strongly that our techs should be able to write a job summary for each appointment so that they can have a clear picture of their scheduled job that day. We do realize we can also create projects but we want summaries on each appt.

I agree, but I'm not sure that would be possible since all the appointment share the same invoice - and I am BEYOND THANKFUL to FINALLY have that feature!!! We just have the techs always include the date on what they put in the invoice summary and they just keep adding to the invoice summary until the job is complete - It looks quite nice to the customer.
