can you see preferred technician at a glance on the dispatch board? Without having to go to the customers info? I move things around on my schedule based on zones and if a call has a preferred tech I cant tell.

Yes, while I could create a work around with a tag for each individual tech name(we have several, so a generic "preferred technician" tag would not work in this case, I would still have to make sure it was under the correct tech) If there is a specific location to mark the location with a preferred technician it should be much more accessible to actually use this information.

when you say preferred technician are you stating the customer has a preferred tech? I ask this because we have customers ask for a specific tech and i created a tag "preferred technician" and it show on the dispatch board
