For those of you using ACP how did you configure it so only the service professional with the correct skill set is showing? For example, we have HVAC serv & Maint. as a business unit group. We only have one tech that currently services boilers, but it shows capacity for anyone with the service business unit.

Hi @amandamk and @vanessag1 - I'm a Product Manager here at ServiceTitan, and I think you might be interested in ACP with Skills mode. We have our documentation here, and I think this might help solve what you're looking for as long as your technicians have assigned skills that correspond to job types with assigned skill requirements.

If you were able to have the techs in multiple business units then yes we could use skills but until then skills does not work for us.

Have you tried Business Unit Groups for capacity planning? This might address the set up needs you have.
