Hi! I was wondering how the technicians can add a new location from their tablet? In the office we have explored with the technicians on how to do this, to no avail . Please help! If this is not a feature, it would be helpful, because it causes issues when we come in and they have added a new customer when the location needs to be under a Property Management account. We can merge, but this is a step that should be avoided.

Hello Dana, with the right permissions, techs can add a new location from mobile. Make sure techs have the permission book job enabled and from the book job button on mobile app they can go into to add an existing customer.
