Anyone else using Dispatch Pro?

Just curious if anyone else around here is using Dispatch Pro.

Is it working as intended for you?

Its been over 2 months now for us and i havent seen it do anything whatsoever and im wondering if we should just cancel it.

If you use it, what are your thoughts so far?
