Hello! We utilize Dispatch Pro and I am constantly looking at the technician's performance vs the Projected Value of their day. This data seems to exist only for the current day and unless manually written down, prior day performance to this projection is lost. I have access to the Experimental Dispatch Pro reports, but I do not see where we can see their performance against projection. What a great coaching tool based in real life data if we could have this type of report. Am I missing something? Does anyone else use this information or have thoughts on it? Thanks!
