Quick Edit

Hello Team,

1) Is there a way to "quick edit" a calls date and time from pop up tab with out having to go to page?

I see we are able to "quick edit" tags, skills and job summary but not date and time.

2) Also is there away to disable the pop up side tab?

feature individually from our ST account?

Right click on the job on the dispatch board and select "Reschedule". It will bring up a different flyout to handle it!
