I'm having a similar issue.@RandiThompson had some good steps to take, if you haven't already. Not sure what more can be done to resolve the issue after listing equipment as replaced.

I brought this issue to ServiceTitan tech support and have been assured their developers are aware of this issue, and a solution is in the works.
