Will we ever be able to remove a tech from a job once he arrives? For example, if the tech arrives to a house and the homeowner is not home & needs to reschedule because they either forgot or had something come up. I know you can cancel the dispatch as long as they haven't arrived but once they arrive we cannot remove them without setting the call for a future date, then you have to go back into the call and make it a "No Show" and unapply the tech to the job. It is alot of steps to do this and I just wondered if it will ever be an option.
HEEELLLLPPPP..... 🤔

I like the suggestion above - you could also consider pausing the job if the tech is coming back later in the day.

Rescheduling the job automatically reverts it back into the "scheduled" status. Once it's in the scheduled status, you can unassign the tech. It would be the same two-step process even if you were able to unassign the tech while they were working. You'd still have to 1) unassign them and then 2)reschedule the job
