Can notifications be sent to comfort advisors when a new appointment is scheduled? A text to their phone would be ideal.

You could set an alert for "Booked Job", delivery method SMS, and select a specific job type and recipient.  This would work if you have only one job type that you book on that advisor, otherwise they will get multiple alerts that won't be relevant.

That may work but the question is would that person be able to differentiate between their calls and the other calls not related to them? "they will get multiple alerts that won't be relevant."

No, if a job type is booked they will get a notification, but there would be a link to click on the alert so they could check.  Not the best solution.
