Technician Memo

We want to build technicians profiles out so that on the dispatch board call bookers and dispatchers can make sure we are prioritizing right tech to right call. I am working on building the skills portion so that we make sure the tech can do each job but we also focus heavily on dispatching for dollars. I would like to use the technician memo portion to put stats for technician and order which they should be given "hot calls." Does anyone know if the technicians can see what is on there memo's from the tablet/mobile side?

We use the memo section for the same thing, helps our CSR's. The technician Can't see on the mobile app.
