Technician Unable to closeout job without having to capture equipment details

Technician can't close out the job without filling up the details for inventory items.  Huge inconvenience for our techs and office staff.  I talked to Service Titan support and this is a hardcoded error that we can not change.  Please work on fixing this issue.
