Office dispatching causing techs to not be able to adjust invoices/estimates

Hi All!

I was wondering if any other companies have run into an issue when dispatching techs from the office. Sometimes our technicians forget to dispatch themselves as they leave for a job and our office will do it for them but then the technicians are unable to adjust invoices, create estimates, upload photos/make notes, or close out jobs. Has anyone else run into this problem before or knows what causes it?
