I think it would be great if the text reminder verbiage could be based on business unit. For example, we give time frames on maintenance appts, but don't always provide a time frame for Demand (problem) calls, especially when we get very busy. We currently have our text reminders go out the day before the appt, but would like the maintenance reminders to give the time to expect us, but not the demand appts. (We do have separate business units for Maint vs Demand). This would be helpful also for installation appts and sales appts, as we could provide more relevant messages to our customers the day before their service.

This would be a great idea. We do estimating and sometimes our customers like a specific time, it would be great to note that time on the reminder email.
