Hi all. I have one dispatcher who uses the dispatch board to send messages to our technicians almost everyday. But the percentage of dispatcher who visited the dispatch board is only 12.5% which is not right. Does anyone have the same issue or knows how to resolve this?
As the dispatcher, I use ONLY that screen during the day. The schedule board I use only first thing in the morning and if I need to look ahead. But the owner only uses the schedule board. I think it definitely it is what they get used to but also that they don't really understand how to use it.
