Allowing Dynamic Pricing to Use Cache Data if no service is available

Hi Everyone,

Just posted an idea and would love to see some upvotes.

We have really embraced dynamic pricing for almost everything we do as a company, the ability to make sure your field staff are able to provide customers with the most up to date pricing as possible has been a real game changer.

The big problem is that if you lose mobile service nothing will calculate. No matter where you are, provider etc. there is always the chance of this happening and it is a nightmare to try and work around. There needs to be a backup option that allows field users to still be able to calculate using the information from the last time they downloaded the pricebook, and for those using rate sheets let us have the option to use a default rate sheet or set a rate sheet per client to be used in case of no service.

I would much rather lose out on a few dollars because they are using cached information vs trying to figure out a solution that is going to bog down the office and can still result in errors in invoicing.
