How are people managing large price books with this feature? When adding a task, the search feature seems difficult to navigate. Would almost be beneficial to experience it the same way Mobile does.

Have you ever tried to "View in Mobile" to navigate that way versus desktop? That's what we do. Also, if there are tasks your office staff uses frequently, you can build a template for it! We also have binders for our office staff (promos, zip code maps, words tracks, copies of our membership flyers) & frequently asked-for item prices with the pricebook task codes next to each one.

Following this because we have a large price book as well and it is difficult to navigate it on the office side without having the pricebook actually pulled up in another screen OR knowing exactly what you need to add to it! Great question!
