Has anyone discovered the best way to get information to the original sales person when a customer replies directly to an estimate sent through the system? Sales Person A will send an estimate to Customer Z. Customer Z responds to the estimate , but it goes to our generic info@abccomapny.com email address (sender). Is there a way for the reply to go directly to the sales person that sent the estimate, originally?

This isn't an automatic way but person A can edit the email from field to the email address you want the reply to go to.

@roushk You could also set up for you and the sales person to get the emails when the estimate are sold.
