Is there a feature that can be added for a technician to tap on to flag a job for an estimate to be made? I realize the dispatch board is color coded in response to the progress the job is on. Blue for scheduled, Purple for dispatched, Green for working, and Grey once complete. If the technician clicks on an estimate button that can be added once the job is closed (or during the process) and the job can be highlighted in red on the dispatch board. Once an estimate is attached to the job, it will Grey out on the dispatch board.
Anyone else having issues with making sure estimates are not missed?
