Invoice and estimate print views

Since the most recent update we are unable to change the "print" view for invoices and estimates. When trying to choose, itemized with price, itemized without price, aggregated or hide items, it only shows you the itemized with price option regardless of which one you pick. We are being told they are working on this. There is a work around. 

When emailing the invoice through ST systems, it does allow you to choose the view you wish to send and it does send the correct view. We are sending these to ourselves and making sure they are right before sending to a customer.

We recently noticed this was happening for us, it does not seem to have been resolved as of 1/7/25.

It was fixed on our end and works properly. Maybe get with your customer care rep and show them what is happening on your end or call in and do a screen share. I have also found loom to be very effective when showing the help chat folks what is going on.
