Potential Savings Issue on Equipment Estimates

How do I get rid of this?

 causing big problems with equipment estimates. We dont offer potential savings on new equipment

The only way to get rid of it is to have ST turn it off.  BUT all of your member savings or potential savings to potential members will no longer be there on the invoices.

However, to @RandiThompson 's point, if your memberships are set for all categories, that is your problem.  You would need to select only the categories that you DO offer discounts and set the others to 0%

It comes from how your memberships are set up..within the membership you can set what any discounts will apply to.
