Hello, I'm having an issue with one of my tech's. For some reason his sold estimates are not showing on his tech performace sales chart. Any insight on this? Thank you in advance!
Make sure that you are listing the correct salesman and also check to see if his permissions and reporting is turned on. Top check on that you would go to the technician information in the settings.

Thank you for the feedback. I was able to resolve the issue. It was a workflow issue. The tech was creating estimates on the customer level, not within the job
