Be able to add Reminders and Tasks to the schedule

I would like to be able to add reminders or tasks to the schedule for the office staff.  "Follow up on this back ordered part" "Renew vehicle insurance" etc.  Being able to check it off as its completed.

Hi!-

Have you checked out the Task Manager in your user profile? It might meet your needs. You can create a task, assign it to someone who will be alerted & track the updates accordingly. Fully customizable, too! So you can have some level of templatization - permits & customer complaints are 2 big use cases for this.
