Customer Chat Function

Our office utilizes the chat function everyday, however, with multiple users accessing the function daily... Messages are lost, it would be great for each individual user to have their own tab or a notification to them that a contact back has been made. Customer messages have been opened by other users and than of course reflects being read so the correspondence gets missed. Has anyone come up with a way to work around this, if not, I do think service titan should look into updating this function.

We agree. I wish there was a individual chat box, so we can communicate with certain customer and keep track. Now we've enabled our Tech bios that get sent out and it shows up in the Chat section. Making it even harder for us to see who we need to respond to. An update on this function would be awesome!
