I am referring to the area where you enter customers new information. Location and Billing needs more fillable options. I think this is the area where there should be a field to ask additional questions. This gives us a better 'flow'. Example questions than should go in this spot. Do you have a septic system? Do you have a tankless water heater? Do you have a maintenance contract for septic and/or plumbing?
These questions should not be on the call booking screen. The 'flow' does not make sense to ask a customer if they have a septic system, if their concern is pertaining to the AC, or kitchen sink clogged.
Asking these questions while you are getting property details would make sense.

You can add custom fields to the location and customer record...although I don't think they are available on the initial screen to set up a new customer. You could post this as an idea in the Ideas section on the top of the page.
