Looking for best practices & how HVAC companies are setting up the loyalty program in ST.  Specifically:

  1. How are you awarding/accumulating points?
  2. How many points is each dollar is worth?
  3. Are you awarding points only to customers who maintain a membership?
  4. Do you cap points?
  5. How many points can be redeemed per invoice?

I didn't know ST has a point program? Is this for office staff and techs?

I didn't know ST had a points program.  Interested in how this works.

Jenn: you need to contact your customer success manager; they will turn it on the backside.  The program allows you to award points either at the location or customer level, points can be applied to invoices.  Kinda like credit card points programs.  Its pretty neat
