Customer issue ticketing

I am enquiring if Service Titan has a ticket system to track customer issues. This way, when customers call in with an issue, the team can create a ticket in the system.

Yes, it is not really a ticket, but you can create "tasks" in our system that will track the issue, who owns it, what has been done, etc.. When events happens with the task (i.e., a phone call to a customer) all of that is logged in our system. Here is some information on that.
