Hi. Once a week, our office staff meets for a "dispatch meeting" which essentially a meeting where we discuss upcoming projects, to do lists, goals, numbers, and general discussion on how we can improve our company.
Recently, we've been searching for a company within the plumbing trade that would let us sit in on their office staff meeting about once a month and see if there is anything we can improve on not only how efficiently we run our meetings, but how we run our company.
