When a commercial account like McDonald's has 100's of locations, we have to go in manually and change any detail one by one. Phone numbers, emails, contact name, etc. change every month. There needs to be a way to apply the change to all locations with the click of a button.
Another example is Homeowner's Associations. They have yearly turnovers where the management company will change. We need to be able to mass edit every location to say "Managed by Titan management" instead of "Managed by Service management"
The outdated system I was using before ServiceTitan had this option. "Would you like to apply change to all locations?" IF THEY CAN DO IT, SO CAN SERVICETITAN!!!
This would be a huge time saver for anyone who serves Commercial clients.
