Merging Records

I can't seem to get certain records to merge. What is going on?

If you are trying to merge locations and you can't, double check that they are both linked to the same customer- you can only merge locations that are connected to the same customer! If you need to merge both customer and location, do customer first.

I apologize. I completely forgot to respond back to this. I have records that have the same exact information but most of them will not merge at all.

for example:

Donald Duck, 12345 S Water Street, Disney World, FL 60452 then there is 

Duck, Donald 12345 S Water, Disney World, FL 60452

The only thing missing from the 2nd address is the word Street. But for whatever reason they will not merge or the other one will not sure ope when I try merging locations. It doesn't happen with every record but it happens a lot.

They have to be linked to the same customer- if they are not, either merge the customer first or change the customer on one to match the other.
