Anyone have CSRs complain of call quality issues even though internet speed and latency show to be good? Thinking about ordering a new headset to test with but curious if the problem may lie outside of our office.

Yes, this has happened to us a few times. Specifically, we deal with delays in our conversations with our customers. There is a long pause after each of us speak, and we often end up speaking over each other because we are under the assumption the other person is done talking.
I have contacted support multiple times about this. They have "fixed" some things and it has helped. I recommend reaching out to them about it; sometimes they can tweak some back-end things.
