Hey all,
We get a decent amount of walk in customers at our location, some of which are existing customers coming in to pay bills and book services. We often find ourselves scrolling quickly after we open the customer profiles to breeze past any notes about the customer meant for helpful internal use that could potentially be upsetting or not meant for the customer. I am putting it out there that a hidden note feature would be appreciated. Maybe the option to make a note hidden that user has to manually click to show, or something where it does not show up at the top of the customer/location page upon opening.
A discussion of any alternative solutions would be beneficial as well.

Maybe I am misunderstanding what you are after, but on the customer/location page, you can click the arrow on the left and collapse the note section.
