It would be very helpful to be able to edit the" Customer Since Field" on the Customer Profile. When we imported into Service Titan all our customers say 1900, which of course is NULL data. Currently to get the correct date, I have to create the same customer and merge the two into the new customer. With over 1000 customers, this is not an option. We would like to be able to do a report showing new growth verses how long we have had long time customers to improve our customer relations. Also giving our customers a gift after they have been with us for 1-5-10 years.
Yes! It seems at import for us, it assigned the date of install of their oldest listed piece of equipment? For example we have a family that have been customers since the 90's and show as becoming a customer in 2008.
