Replaced equipment still visible

When we replace equipment, the replaced equipment still shows up as a gray tag on the dispatch board & location. Is there a setting or a process to follow so that only currently installed equipment is listed? Or something we can do without deleting the old equipment from the location?

If you go into the equipment on the location and changeScreenshot 2024-03-22 142807.png the status from "installed" to "replaced" that should do it.

One would think. However, that option has already been selected and we're still seeing "replaced" equipment show up. I was wondering if there was another setting somewhere deeper in ST that we're not aware of.
