Hello, I'm trying to figure out a issue with tracking who sold our club membership. Our service tech with sell a club with a purchase of system. That estimate is sold by him and then a new job is created for the install technician to install. the club is labeled sold by the service tech but in the reports or dashboard the service tech doesn't get credit for the club sale. I'm not sure what we are doing wrong.

I wouldn't classify myself as a Service Titan expert, so someone may chime in here that gives you a direct answer. Do you by chance have any screengrabs to help explain what you have going on?

How we use the system for Membership tracking is by the invoice item itself. If our technician adds a Sales Membership, we can run a report for sold memberships and it will report accurately.

What is the current workflow on how the membership is entered in Titan?
