We have a large commercial customer that would like to be able to look to see updates on job completion, waiting on part....on hold...ect.... However, there are jobs where they are the bill to, and they have tenants that are responsible for some bills, so we had to create two separate locations due to different bill to at times for same location. Would this be something that would work? And If we started them off with this now, would they be able to go back or only start at this point moving forward?

Hello @bhoevel 

I believe I understand your question as to how can a client monitor open calls or job completion. I recently learned that Titan has a setting (that I believe needs activated by your admin) that allows the customer a Portal they can log into and look up invoices, pay bills, and look at active memberships.

I haven't gone fully live with this, so I can't provide feedback on this feature, but one (I believe) could help with this.
