Easier booking calls from estimates

Not sure if this is a feature that can be turned on already but if when we select the tasks to be booked the materials could be added at the same time. Having to select both seems like a time waste but also easily missed.

Holy S@#$.  Was on the phone with support, had two sold estimates that were completed but still on the sold estimate screen.   There is a select all function all on the screen.

Yeah, a CHECK ALL that checks all lines on the estimate (services, materials, equipment) makes a lot of sense.
