How many times do you get a customer that says "you never sent me an email" when you did? It's great Service Titan is able to keep track of emails sent though the software and the exact time the customer opened it! It is such an awesome feature.
However... we really need Service Titan to develop this a step further and show the attachments that were included on sent emails. Sometimes, we get the "I never saw that form/attachment" and there is always a possibility we sent the email with forgetting to attach a file. Please vote for my idea on the ideas page! It is something we are really needing in our office - and I think every office would benefit.
