We currently don't do happy calls and I was curious about the process anyone else uses ?

We're preparing to start Happy Calls here in the next week and are going to be following the workflow Blue Collar Nerd has outlined in one of his YouTube videos. Essentially, when a Happy Call is completed, a "Happy Call Done" tag is added to the job. If the customer is not satisfied, we have an office-facing form called "Happy Call Done (Action Required). When that form is completed, it automatically applies a different tag to the job and sends an alert to the manager.
