How can I send or receive pictures from my customers through a SMS and not email?

So many of our clients don't want to talk on the phone and others don't know how to send a picture by email from their phone. Is there a way for customers to text an image or video to ST?

So I have an outbound MMS # that is associated with one of my campaigns. I tried to text that number a picture and it never came through on ST.

Did you perform the test using a phone number that is attached to your account in ServiceTitan? Any messages sent from a phone number which is attached to any of the employees or technicians will not appear in the chat.

Hello @ericwozn ,

You cannot send images to customers, however you can receive images from customers via MMS as long as you have an outbound MMS number, and customers send the image to that MMS number. This can be set-up from Settings -> Phones -> Phone Numbers.
