Coming from a SQL background and know this is quite easy in SQL or SOQL (Salesforce), I wanted to pose this question. I have a csv sheet with two fields. One column is a record ID that matches to a custom field on our ServiceTitan location record. the other column is a sales tax percentage. Does ServiceTitan have the ability to update fields in the underlying data tables using these common ID fields?
