Does anyone else have issues with your pictures and videos attaching to an estimate, but they are showing blank?

Is this just a recent item for you?  We have an issue with one tech who is getting blank tiles when he uploads.  ServiceTitan has mentioned they are looking into it from a post on Masterminds in facebook.
