Hello everyone!
I'm Daniel, a user experience researcher at ServiceTitan.
I have a usability study to test a new support experience within the ST desktop platform, and we'd love to get your feedback on it.
This test explores a proposed workflow for the scenario where you're trying to contact support using the built-in support features on ST.
- Anyone can provide feedback — this is a test of basic usability with no specific domain knowledge needed,
- This test should take 10 minutes or less.
- Results we get here may have implications for how ST users interact with our built-in support automation features, and ultimately help users resolve their issues faster by themselves or through the support team.

Hey Adkelectric!
Thanks for the suggestion! I don't normally work with the financing product team, so I'm not sure where / if this is part of their plan, though I do know the mobile app currently does integrate with a physical card reader device (if that's what you're referring to with Stripe payment processing).
If you specifically want Stripe added, perhaps you can suggest that as an idea for other ST users to vote on at our Ideas page at https://help.servicetitan.com/
I believe the product teams do use that site to get informed on what features or requests users want. 🙂

Hi JillyBean! I just tried it and, although I also did see a spinning circle at first, it eventually goes away as the app loads. I did manage to open the study as an external user using that same link above.
(Part of the slight delay in loading is due to the site also loading the prototype at the same time.)
If you'd like to try again, please try clicking it / reloading your page and ensure your computer has a good Internet connection. 🙂
