My name is Daniel and I'm one of the user experience researchers at ServiceTitan.
I'm looking for people who regularly use the desktop platform of ST — which is probably most users (except those almost exclusively using the mobile apps, like techs) — to take a short survey that can be completed in 5 minutes or less (really!).
We're doing early explorations for a "Favorites" feature for ST, and we want to understand whether users want that and, if so, how that feature might look like.
