Sorry I do not see anything in ST, but from experience I highly recommend that if a Tech does get a tip make sure it is in a form of payment directly to them cash, venmo etc, do not let it be included in the check made out to the business or on the credit card with their invoice $. It is much easier accounting wise to have it separated.
