I just recently added the membership inspection forms to Service Titan and it's been great! We don't have to print the forms anymore so it saves us paper and ink and the headache when the techs "forget" to take the forms or run out. I made it so every inspection tag added by our CSR when they book the call triggers the alert about the form and the techs can't close their job till it's completed and sent to the customer. Thanks to Tim @ the Embers sessions for teaching me that process!

I use it on long forms so that my techs don't have to scroll through all the form when it isn't needed. For example, I have maintenance forms they fill out for each maintenance call. I ask at the beginning is it heating or cooling. If it is heating, I hide all the cooling questions and vise versa for heating.
