Hi All!
We recently have switched over to phones pro and I wanted to see if anyone had any feedback on how they are handling abandoned calls?
We have one CSR so obviously not every call is answered, but we have noticed our abandoned call list is stacking up at the end of the day. She is calling every missed call back but we have to manually clear this list off. How are you reclassifying abandoned calls especially ones with no voicemail left and with no existing customer information?

Also would like to note that we might be suffering with information overload so the simple problems are seeming incredibly challenging (HA!)
