We love the new tech-to-tech chat feature and chat to customer as well.
BUT we are in need of something that is more group chat style like most personal phones have- can add or remove users from a group chat, share media, have different inter-office group chats going, etc. We use Podium right now and that’s what we’re hoping ST eventually mimics functionality on. Is something like this in the works? Beta testing or on the docket at least?
