I have reviewed some older topics on this but there doesn't appear to be much new in the community on outbound calls.
I am wanting to know how many outbound calls are being booked on a daily basis from my CSR's. I know I can get the manual calls booked in the CSR report, but it doesn't have a way of easily differentiating if it was from our outbound marketing or from an email or chat coming in. I know I can narrow it down by campaign categories and run reports for the booked calls in that campaign...but it doesn't give me the KPI I am looking for of "X" outbound calls made and of "X", "Y" were booked.
I would love some insight on this and how other companies are tracking these!

This has been a huge pain for us too. We created a custom call form (I am not a fan and it's hardly used), also a custom field on all booked jobs (mandatory field and updated fairly accurately) from outbound efforts. It did help us track what jobs booked were from outbound calls/text versus true inbound.
